Junior Frontiers in Action
At the Great Houston Frontiers Youth Club, we believe in inspiring maturity, engaging the community, and setting a positive example for those who follow.
This means:
- All group activities are designed to enhance self-esteem, self confidence and communication skills. The Jr Frontiers experience leadership training during volunteer service projects such as Wreaths Across America, Red Ribbon Sock Project, Congress Women Sheila Jackson-Lee's Toy Drive, Fox 26 Weather Kids, Frontiers National Convention, volunteering at local and out of town shelters, feeding the homeless, fund raising, and teaming with our community partners.
- We offer an internship experience with our community partners such as, My20/Fox 26, UPS, Wells Fargo, H-E-B, City of Houston, to help build the skills and connections they need to be successful. It often leads Jr Frontiers to purse careers in law, politics, healthcare, engineering and public service. Community support and partnerships are necessary for their success.
What will your legacy look like? Whether you are a student, parent, or campus administrator, let Junior Frontiers Club help you redefine the modern high school experience.
